7th and 8th Grade Important INFO!!!

7th grade LGPE is Monday, March 9th and 8th grade LGPE is Tuesday, March 10th. All students will stay afterschool on the day of their evaluation. Pizza and drinks will be provided. I need at least 3 chapersones for 8th grade and 5 for 7th grade to transport cellos and basses along with supervising students. If you are interested please email me and tell me how many instruments you think your car can hold.
Both groups will be performing at Lovinggood Middle School on the dates of their evaluations and we should return to Awtrey by 8pm at the latest for those parents who will not be attending the evaluation. Students need to wear their normal concert attire for the performance and parents are invited to watch the students go through this process. The actual evaluation/ performance begins at 6:20pm at Lovinggood Middle School in Powder Springs, GA. Students will then move to a sight-reading room for the final portion of the evaluation and prior to leaving we find out our rating (I-V: I= Superior, II= Excellent, III= Good, IV= Fair, V= Poor)
