Fundraiser Pickup and Party

All items ordered in the fundraiser will be at Awtrey for pickup Tuesday, November 18th beginning at 2:30 until 5pm. If you need to pick up your items after 5pm please see/ email MC to arrange a time. Items cannnot be left at school overnight because they will melt or possibly spoil. If your child had many items and rides a bus or walks please make arrangements to have those items picked up for them.

We will have the fundraising party, Friday November 21st afterschool. If your child sold any items (this does not include the reach out books) during the fundraiser they may attend this party. It will be held cafeteria and outside (pie in the face and hawaiian punch) from 4:30 to 5:30.

Fair Share Contract

Here is the contract needed for admission into the Kick-Off Party on Tuesday, September 23rd from 4:30 to 6pm. Make sure that both you and your parents sign this contract agreeing to sell 10 items. This party is not mandatory and it is a celebration for those students willing to sell their fair share of items.

Fundraiser Kick-Off Party

We will have a fundraiser kick-off party on Tuesday afterschool!

We will be selling Cookie Dough and Cheesecake along with magazines subscriptions. Yum, Yum, Sell, Sell......

If you are willing to sell your fair share (10 items) then you are invited to the party afterschool in the Orchestra room. We will be eating pizza, ice cream, cookies, playing guitar hero, playing rock band, playing DDR and soooo much more. You can get your Fair Share Contract, which is needed to get into the party, on Monday or download it from the blog.

YOUR LONG WAIT IS OVER........

THE COOKIE DOUGH WILL BE HERE FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14TH. ALL PARENTS NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COOKIE DOUGH IS PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE SCHOOL DAY BECAUSE IT MUST STAY REFIGERATED. ALSO IF YOUR CHILD RIDES THE BUS AND THEY SOLD A LOT THEY MIGHT NEED TO BE A CAR RIDER.
