Thursday Concert

All students need to arrive to Awtrey no later than 6:30pm and report to the following rooms:

  • 8th Grade--Mrs. Emmett's Room
  • 4th Period--The Dell Lab
  • 5th Period--Mrs. Calandra's Room
  • 6th Grade Ensemble--The Theatre
DO NOT GO TO THE ORCHESTRA ROOM, IT WILL BE LOCKED!!!!!
All students will remain in these rooms unless they are performing due to space limitations in the theatre.  Students will watch the concert via closed circuit TV in these rooms. If any student needs to leave after their performance, parents must go to that room and check their child out from the chaperone.  I encourage all students to stay for the entire performance so they support their peers and also see what more advanced classes are performing.
